Kuba grew up in Wrocław above his father's tyre shop and learned car control on the frozen car park behind it, in a rusty estate with a rewired handbrake. He entered his first event at seventeen in a borrowed car and gave it back with both doors swapped. Three national titles later he still sets the car up by ear and runs the same steering lock as in 2019. Off track he restores old arcade cabinets and refuses to say why.
“If you can still read the number on my door, I wasn’t sideways enough.”
